“The Light in the Piazza” at the Ordway

Theater Latté Da is presenting The Light in the Piazza at the Ordway McKnight Theatre in St. Paul. This award-winning musical follows the story of a wealthy southern woman and her daughter in the 1950s. While spending a summer in Florence, the daughter falls in love with an Italian and causes the mother to confront old hopes and regrets. The musical won six Tony Awards in 2005 and is known for its outstanding score and bilingual lyrics. (Some characters only sing in Italian.)

The Light in the Piazza will run March 14 – April 7.
