UDREAM
Apply by October 26
The UDream program is designed to get CLA students thinking about their career and to engage them with resources to help their career development. The program asks students to write a personal essay about their dream job and submit it to our office. Winners will gain expanded access to peer mentorship, in-depth resume, cover letter and LinkedIn critiques, resources to conduct informational interviews in the local area, an invitation to networking opportunities, and more!

How are winners chosen? UDream participant selection will be based on the clarity of the “dream job” narrative, connection to personal strengths, and the extent to which the essay demonstrates a drive for self-development and likelihood to make the most of opportunities. Finalists will be asked to conduct a short interview, which will take place in early-mid November.
