Pi Delta Phi Applications

Looking to get more involved in the French-speaking community around campus? Consider joining the French honor society Pi Delta Phi to take part in a long tradition among students of French at the University of Minnesota.

Established in 1906, Pi Delta Phi recognizes outstanding scholarship in French language and literature. Additionally, Pi Delta Phi strives to increase knowledge and interest in the cultures of the French-speaking world, and to encourage French and Francophone cultural activities. The University of Minnesota’s chapter, Alpha Xi, was established in 1950, and is one of the early chapters established in the organization.

Applications are currently open for the honor society, so please see the attached documents for more information on Pi Delta Phi and the application process. The October 17th fall application deadline is approaching quickly, so apply soon!
