Webconférence: The Black Community in France and in the USA

Based out of Chicago, this web debate will discuss the black community in France and in the USA and how to overcome discrimination.

The discussion will be hosted by Pap Ndiaye, a historian who specializes in the social history of the United States and its minorities. Dr. Ndiaye is a member of Center for North American Studies and participates on the editorial board of the journal History. 

The viewing of this web debate is free and open to the public. The majority of the presentation will be in English, with a few comments in French. Visit the Alliance Française in Minneapolis on November 10th from 6:30-8:00pm to tune in!
