Make & Take Class: Ravioli di Spinaci e Ricotta

Italian cuisine is known worldwide for its simple yet undeniably delicious flavors. Whether it’s gelato on a hot summer day or a freshly baked Neapolitan pizza, there’s no occasion that isn’t improved by Italian food. If you too have a passion for cucina italiana, why not try your hand at making your own?

On Sunday, April 30 from 2:00-4:00pm, ICC instructor and native Italian, Romina Montanari, will lead a hands-on pasta making session at Mid-City Kitchen in St. Paul.

Romina will demonstrate the process of making ravioli, and then it will be your turn to create some of your own! Each participant will enjoy a glass of wine and some ravioli to taste and will bring the ravioli they just made home.

Cost for the event is $55 for members, and $65 for non-members. All ingredients are included, but please bring a large flat pan/tray with two flour sack kitchen towels to carry your ravioli home.
