RAVIOLI DI SPINACI E RICOTTA
On Sunday, April 30, 2:00 – 4:00 PM, ICC instructor and native Italian, Romina Montanari, will lead this hands-on pasta making session at Mid-City Kitchen, a beautiful space in St. Paul.
Romina will demonstrate the process, and then it will be your turn to create some ravioli of your own! Each participant will enjoy a glass of wine and some ravioli to taste and will bring the ravioli they just made home.
Cost for the event is $55 for members, and $65 for non-members. All ingredients are included, but please bring a large flat pan/tray with two flour sack kitchen towels to carry your ravioli home.
The location is easy to find, conveniently located near the Green line of the light rail. If you choose to drive, free parking is available.
